Source code for my 4th "Artificial Intelligence with Delphi" article in the Blaise Pascal Magazine

My 4th Artificial Intelligence article is now published in the latest Blaise Pascal Magazine.

In the article I used the latest IntelligenceLab features, added recently. They are not available in the official IntelligenceLab release, so if you want to follow the article, you should download and install the latest prerelease that I posted recently here:
