New version of the Visual C++ Mitov Software components including LogicLab, CommunicationLab, and ControlLab with Visual Studio 2015, and 64 bit support

I have just updated the Visual C++ versions of the Mitov Software Libraries :-) .

Added are also installers for LogicLab, CommunicationLab and the new ControlLab!

This version supports Visual Studio 2005 and higher including Visual Studio 2015!
The installers also include 64 bit support but it is not fully tested yet.
I hope to post more updates soon, including VC++ port of the new MegaLab installer containing all the libraries in a single install, so stay tuned ;-)
