Prerelease downloads of the Mitov Software libraries and components for Delphi and C++ Builder 10 Seattle

Here is the first Beta build of the libraries for RAD Studio 10 Seattle:
Also included is an early Beta of the new CommunicationLab.
The official release should be available in the next couple of weeks.
