Delphi 2007 support

The Delphi 2007 is here and rocks!
We have all our components ported to D2007 and prerelease is available per request. The support will be part of the upcoming 3.0 version.

    Great job Boian! Delphi 2007 is win32 native, no slow .net, and will work with All your packages great! Thanks again.
